Will your magnets work on any cruise door?
Our magnets work on most cruise doors, but not every door is created equal! If your door has been given a plastic veneer due to damage, then the magnets will not stay on. For doors that do not take magnets, the surrounding walls and door frames will work.
How soon will I get my magnets?
Your magnets will ship within 5 days of purchase. We recommend not ordering if you cruise within a week. Our
What are your magnets made of?
Our magnets are digitally printed on 17 mil magnetic sheets with the strength of a 30 mil magnet. They are even strong enough for cars!
Are the magnets waterproof?Â
Our magnets are water resistant, meaning the image will not be affected by water.
Where are your DCL magnets?
We sell our DCL inspired magnets on our Etsy shop only. All items on our Etsy shop are made and shipped in-house.
Are your magnets fire retardant?
No, our magnets are not fire retardant. Carnival has a policy that does not allow non fire retardant materials on their doors. If you do purchase for a Carnival ship, they have the right to remove your magnets from the door.
Are your magnets made in house?
Yes! We proudly design, print, cut, package, and ship our magnets ourselves.
Do all items ship together?
Magnets will ship with other magnets. We use production partners for other items, such as apparel.
Can I contact you by phone?
No. Please use the contact form if you have questions. We will try to respond within 24 hours. If you provide a phone number, we will not call it.
I live close to you. Do you do in-person pick-ups?
We do not do in-person pick-ups or deliveries. All orders are delivered by mail.
