Not all doors are created equal! Some cruise doors have a veneer covering or plastic door, making magnets not stick. In this case the doorframe or surrounding walls may work. Newer NCL ships do not have metal doors. Please research your ship before ordering. We are not responsible if our magnets do not stick to your doors.
CARNIVAL CUSTOMERS
If the door isn't magnetic, the doorframes and surrounding walls will be. If you want to them to stay on the door, we recommend you purchase 3M Command Strips (allowed by Carnival) due to many of Carnival's ships having a non metallic veneer on the stateroom doors.
NCL Customers:
NCL Breakaway class has plastic veneers over the doors. These magnets will not stay on these doors. We don't know about the doorframes or surrounding walls.
Will not stick to concierge doors on the Disney Fantasy or Disney Dream. Concierge doors on the other ships will work.
